تستمر سياستنا لمدة 7 أيام. إذا مرت 7 أيام منذ شرائك، فلن نتمكن للأسف من تقديم استرداد أو استبدال لك.

لكي تكون مؤهلاً لإرجاع المنتج، يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، كما يجب أن يكون في العبوة الأصلية.

هناك عدة أنواع من السلع معفاة من الإرجاع. لا يمكن إرجاع السلع القابلة للتلف مثل الطعام أو الزهور أو الصحف أو المجلات. كما لا نقبل المنتجات التي تعتبر سلعًا حميمية أو صحية أو مواد خطرة أو سوائل أو غازات قابلة للاشتعال.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Refunds (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
